The weekly whine with “Garth” the Cat

This week we introduce our mascot “Garth” the attack cat.  Each week we whine and rant about “hard to do” deals and real estate fools and idiots. ( Is it politically correct to say that?)  We discuss the landmines, killing snakes and putting out grass fires.  We have been baptized in real estate. 

For 3 minutes “Garth” and I whine and rant about finished and sold commercial property.
